Sundays With SAMF concert of 2026 on

This concert begins an exciting year as the St. Augustine Music Festival celebrates its
20th anniversary of providing classical chamber music to the public.

About Kevin Sharpe
Kevin Sharpe (sometimes styled as “K#”) is regarded as one of the country’s most accomplished concert pianists. Following a triumphant performance at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center and a successful debut in Carnegie Hall’s Weill Hall, critics have praised his “precise touch” and “strong individual voice.”
He has appeared at major venues including the Kennedy Center and Merkin Concert Hall, and his performances have been broadcast internationally.
Sharpe was educated at the Oberlin Conservatory of Music and Indiana University, where he earned his Master’s and Doctorate of Music degrees. He was the top-prize winner of the 1991 Johann Sebastian Bach International Piano Competition and later received a Fulbright Scholarship Grant to teach and perform in Dublin, Ireland.
A retired Associate Professor of Music at the University of Florida, Sharpe served and taught for 39 years while maintaining an active performing career throughout the United States and abroad.
